Please use this form to request membership of our club for yourself or for your child. You will need to complete a new form for each person joining.

Note: the prices shown below are for full year of membership based on the age/type of membership. This is just an indication. As we run our membership from 1st October to 30th September, we will let you know how much your membership will cost for the partial year.

How much do I owe? Annual Fees for New Members: Annual Fees are normally payable at the end of September each year, however for those joining at other times of the year, a pro-rata amount will be due, calculated based on the number of full and partial months between the start of membership and the 1st October. ***We will advise you the exact amount you owe after we receive this completed form.***
Date you would like to start your membership
To avoid partial months, starting on the 1st of a month is best but the savings may not be worth the loss of excitement gained in a couple of weeks. *** please note however that if you want to start in December, there is limited options to shoot around Christmas so 1st January is a good option in that case.***
Method of Payment
Online payment is our much preferred method of payment because it allows us to set up your membership with minimal delay. Once your application has been received we will email you our bank account details. Please note that your fee includes your AGB membership and Cheshire and NCAS affiliations.

Data Protection

When you become a member of or renew your membership with Neston Company of Archers, you will automatically be registered as a member of Archery GB and the relevant County/Region. We will provide Archery GB with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (https://agb.sport80.com) which allows you to set and amend your privacy settings. If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with Archery GB, please contact gdpr@archerygb.org  The club will not pass on your details to any other third party, your personal data will be held by the club for the duration of your membership.

The Club will also publish on the Golden Records and the Members Page of the website, details of each archer`s performance such as ranking, awards, classification. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the Records Officer.

Membership Agreement: By completing this form I confirm that I (or the Junior I am completing the form for):

  1. Will abide by the rules of Archery GB.
  2. Have read and will abide by the policies and constitution of Neston Company of Archers (available at nestonarchers.org.uk)
  1. Will do nothing to bring Neston Company of Archers into disrepute.
  2. Will assist the Club with maintenance of facilities and equipment and wherever practicable the setting up and working parties needed for Club activities and events.
  3. Will provide updates to the club on any changes to my personal details.

The Club will rely on emails and/or WhatsApp text messaging to keep you up to date with club news and activities at the shooting grounds.

Knowing the member’s age and date of birth enables the club to complete the Archery GB Registration, helps to make sure that the Club operates in a way best suited to its current membership and complies with relevant legislation.

The Club is a voluntary organisation and needs your help to function. Helping your club to run is a great way to meet other members, learn new things and feel more involved. 

Agreement
General By returning this form, you consent to the Club Committee, from time to time maintaining your information in an electronic database and using your information for the purposes of maintaining membership records and administering and conducting the Club’s archery activities. Individual members’ details will not be shared with any other organisations. The Club will process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
