Annual Fees for Existing Members:
Annual Fees are payable in advance before the end of September each year. Any member who has not paid fees by 1st October will be deemed to have resigned and will not be legally present on the Club’s grounds.
New members will pay AGB fees on the anniversary of their first fee each year following.
Club fees approved at AGM. will be paid from October – September or pro rata for each year.

Data Protection
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Neston Company of Archers, you will automatically be registered as a member of Archery GB and the relevant County/Region. We will provide Archery GB with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (https://agb.sport80.com) which allows you to set and amend your privacy settings. If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with Archery GB, please contact gdpr@archerygb.org The club will not pass on your details to any other third party, your personal data will be held by the club for the duration of your membership.
The Club will also publish on the Golden Records and the Members Page of the website, details of each archer`s performance such as ranking, awards, classification. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the Records Officer.

The Club will rely on emails and/or WhatsApp text messaging to keep you up to date with club news and activities at the shooting grounds.
Knowing your age and date of birth enables the club to complete the Archery GB Registration, helps to make sure that the Club operates in a way best suited to its current membership and complies with relevant legislation.
The Club is a voluntary organisation and needs your help to function. Helping your club to run is a great way to meet other members, learn new things and feel more involved.
General
By returning this form, you consent to the Club Committee, from time to time maintaining your information in an electronic database and using your information for the purposes of maintaining membership records and administering and conducting the Club’s archery activities. Individual members’ details will not be shared with any other organisations. The Club will process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
